Is there a size or character limit?
No limit, order whatever you need, and if you do not see the option you want, just email us your request and our designers will build it for you!
Is the double face tape easy to remove and does it leave any residue?
Our double face tape is professional grade and designed to last, but can still be removed without residue next week or next year.

Material Details
All our materials are rated for outdoor use and can withstand high heat, sun exposure, snow, and low temperatures. They will not crack, fade or rust. If you are looking for something extra resistant to salt and sea air, we recommend our Anodized Cast Aluminum. It will never rust or deteriorate.
All of our materials are also guaranteed for life. Which means you pick what you love and let us worry about the rest.
- 3/8" Thick Pigmented Acrylic (2-3 Week Lead time)
A sheet of acrylic is laser cut; then painted and sealed with an automotive grade paint. Made for indoor and outdoor use and guaranteed for life. - 1/4" Thick Flat Cut Aluminum (2-3 Week lead time)
A sheet of aluminum is laser cut, then painted and sealed with an automotive grade paint. Made for indoor and outdoor use and guaranteed for life. - 3/4" Thick Painted Aluminum (3-4 Week lead time)
Molten aluminum is poured into a custom sand cast, then painted for a lasting finish. Like all our finishes, they are made for indoor and outdoor use and guaranteed for life. - 1" Thick Anodized Cast Aluminum (3-4 Week lead time)
Molten aluminum is poured into a custom sand cast. This anodized finish is our highest quality finish option for aluminum, and it offers the strongest weathering protection for the metal. We suggest this option for coastal areas with high humidity and corrosive environments. They are made for indoor and outdoor in all weather conditions and guaranteed to life. - 1/4" Solid Brass and Copper (3-4 Week lead time)
1/4" thick solid alloy is laser cut and polished to a jewelry like finish. Then it is sprayed with a protective clear coat. Like all other finishes it is rated for outdoor use and guaranteed for life.

Installation
All our home decor products mount the same way in three easy steps:
- Level and tape mount the included template.
- Dry mount each character to confirm position.
- Remove double sided backing on each character and mount to wall. Done!

When will my order ship?
Shipping depends on the material you chose. Acrylics take 2-3 weeks to make and ship. Aluminums take 3-4 weeks to make and ship. Brass and Copper take 3-4 weeks to make and ship. We cannot rush any orders because we make the items when you order and no sooner, the process just takes time.
Why did my numbers arrive cut backwards and have a grey film on one side?
Our Acrylics come with a protective sticker on the front. After you install them peel off the sticker to reveal your shiny, beautiful, new numbers.
Can I get house numbers in a size you don't offer?
YES! We can make house numbers in any size, any thickness, any style, in any material. You name the size we can do it! Just email our designers and they will send you a quick checkout. hello@dropcapstudio.com
Can I get house numbers in a color you don't offer?
Yes! Any custom color you can think of we can produce for you at no extra charge. Match your house numbers to your mailbox, shutters or door. It's super simple. In the "additional notes" section ask for a custom color and tell us a PMS color, SW color or BM color you would like to match. That's it!
Can I rush my order?
Dropcap Studio products are custom made-to-order, meaning we make your products after you order. Nothing we sell is a stock product sitting in a warehouse. This enables us to offer a huge library of designs, sizes and colors. Because everything is made to order we cannot rush the process or your order.
Does my order come with everything I need for installation?
Your order will come with a template that has the correct spacing and alignments, hardware for install and your numbers or letters. The only things you will need on your end are; silicone, tape and a drill. See our install guide for more details.
What can I mount to?
All our materials, styles and sizes of house numbers can mount to stone, stucco, brick, metal, siding, wood and concrete. If you can drill into it, our numbers and letters will mount to it.
