If you would like to return a product for any reason other than manufacturers warranty related to damages or defects, we do not allow this. Because all of our products are custom made we cannot restock the product. Since we are unable to restock, resell or exchange your custom order, we always recommend working with our designers to find the right size, color and material before you order.

Dropcap Studio products are custom made-to-order, meaning we make your products after you order. Nothing we sell is a stock product sitting in a warehouse. This enables us to offer a huge library of designs, sizes and colors. Because everything is made to order we cannot rush the process or your order.

Shipping depends on the material you chose. Acrylics take 2-3 weeks to make and ship. Aluminums take 3-4 weeks to make and ship. Brass and Copper take 3-4 weeks to make and ship. We cannot rush any orders because we make the items when you order and no sooner, the process just takes time.

Your order will come with a template that has the correct spacing and alignments, hardware for install and your numbers or letters. The only things you will need on your end are; silicone, tape and a drill. See our install guide for more details.

Our Acrylics come with a protective sticker on the front. After you install them peel off the sticker to reveal your shiny, beautiful, new numbers.

Yes! Any custom color you can think of we can produce for you at no extra charge. Match your house numbers to your mailbox, shutters or door. It's super simple. In the "additional notes" section ask for a custom color and tell us a PMS color, SW color or BM color you would like to match. That's it!

All our materials, styles and sizes of house numbers can mount to stone, stucco, brick, metal, siding, wood and concrete. If you can drill into it, our numbers and letters will mount to it.

All our materials, sizes and styles mount the same way on every surface. First, mount the paper template with tape so that the level lines are level. Second, drill where the cross hairs are on your template. Third, thread the posts into the backs of your product finger tight. Fourth, dry fit your numbers by sliding them into place to make sure your drilling is correct. Then remove the product. Fifth and final, put a small amount of silicone in each hole and slide your numbers into place. If you would like to watch an install video watch them on any of our product pages or our install page.
