We use UPS Ground Service for most of our shipments. For orders that can not ship by UPS Ground Service because of size or weight limitations, standard truck freight is used.
Standard Ground Shipping:
For any single order shipped to a single location within the Continental United States, we offer a standard rate of five dollars.
Orders that have multiple shipment points or that have origination of more than one single Dropcap Studio location, will be be charged an amount not to exceed the one-rate freight charge for an order of equivalent size.
* Oversize Shipping:
Oversized letters/items may incur oversize surcharges when shipped via UPS or truck freight. Our website shopping cart does not reflect freight surcharges. If your order requires oversized shipping with additional costs, we will contact you prior to processing your order to obtain your approval for the additional shipping surcharge.
Expedited freight is available and is billed at normal published rates from point of manufacturing location to your delivery destination. Freight estimates are available by contacting our Customer Service Dept. at email@example.com.
Product Return Policy:
Custom made to order house numbers are just that, custom. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. It's our goal to make you happy, because we stoke on happy customers. So if you need to get a product changed or remade, we will work with you to find a solid option that keeps everyone happy.
For all stocked products, you can return any undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days. You agree to pay any shipping costs associated with the return. You also agree to pay a 15% restocking fee, for a total refund of 85% of the original retail amount. Returns can also be exchanged for store credit towards another item of similar value.
Any item that is defective due to material defect or manufacturer defects will be accepted for return or replacement. All defective product claims must be made to us within 7 business days of receipt. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or to make arrangements with one of our customer service representatives to have the defective item picked up and a replacement item (in the same material, font, finish, size, etc) shipped to you. Returns will not be credited without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Changes to order:
For stock products, cancellation or changes are accepted only within 24 hours of order date and the order has not left our facilities. If order has been packed and is ready to ship a restocking fee of 15% will apply. Keep in mind some stock products ship the same day the order is received. Custom order cancellation maybe accommodated at our discretion if production has not started but we can not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate custom order cancellation requests. Once a custom order reaches the factory floor, we are unable to issue any refund. Custom orders are ready for production within one business day of your approval. If you need to add to your order after the 24 hour period, you will need to place another order or contact our Customer Service Dept. at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if:
- Product returned is used or damaged. Items must be in new, unused condition when returned.
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase.
